\r\n The Authorities of the Academy will be the Board of Regents, Academic Council, the Centres, Student Welfare Board, Disciplinary Authority, and such other bodies as may be prescribed by Statutes or Rules as authorities of the Academy. Subject to the provisions of the Academy Constitution, the composition and powers of the Authority other than of the Board of Regents shall be determined by Statutes or Rules. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\t\t

\r\n The Board of Regents<\/b> will be the governing body of the Academy and will have the power to make, amend or revoke any provisions of the Academy\u2019s Constitution. The Board establishes operational policies within which the administration of the Academy operates. In addition, the Board evaluates and receives inputs on institutional affairs through the Provost and reviews all aspects of the Academy\u2019s operations periodically with a view to increasing quality. It will be the responsibility of the Board to monitor the fiscal vitality of the Academy and preside over corporate matters. The composition of the Board will comprise of three permanent members from NeuMatrix Professional Academy Sdn. Bhd. who are shareholders and four to five nominated prominent individuals appointed by NeuMatrix Professional Academy Sdn. Bhd. to a two-year term which may be subject to renewal. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\t\t

\r\n The Provost<\/b> will be the Chief Academic Officer and Chief Executive of the Academy and be endowed with such powers as provided for under the Constitution to ensure that all relevant laws are observed and to exercise general supervision over the arrangements, instruction, research, administration, welfare and discipline in the Academy and periodically report the same to the Board. The Provost, by virtue of his duties, will serve as the Secretary to the Board of Regents. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\t\t

\r\n The Academic Council<\/b> will be the highest academic body in the Academy and will have control over the conduct of academic professional and skills programmes, examinations and the award of professional degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions, adopting the best practices and policies in the pursuit thereof. The membership of the Academic Council will include the Provost as Chairman, Registrar, Centre Heads and senior academics. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\t\t
